Nanoimprint is"Fine process technology" so as to make fine pattern to substrate with applying "Thermosetting resin" or "Light curable resin" to substrate then to press "Printing block".
在板材上涂布好成型用树脂后，进行冲压成型后，使用紫外线照射凝固微细成型图案。
