背光源BLU叠片机 Backlight BLU lamination machine

     本设备应用于2-5寸的背光源扩散膜、增光膜、遮光膜的自动叠合。上料通过人工将BLU放置在8工位转盘的模具上来完成。8工位转盘自动旋转，完成BLU清洁、扩散膜1叠合、增光膜1叠合、增光膜2叠合、扩散膜2叠合、遮光膜叠合、遮光膜压合下料等工序。叠合好的BLU通过下料皮带送出。扩散膜、增光膜、遮光膜的来料为卷料，通过送料部件自动撕膜上料。膜的定位通过定位部件的4个气动滑台的精确定位来实现。叠合过程通过移载部件的精确运动来实现。

    The machine can be applied to the automatic lamination of backlight diffuser film, BEF and shading film with a size between 2 inch and 5 inch. BLU is put on the module of 8 station rotary table manually, and then the 8 station rotary table rotates automatically so as to clean BLU as well as laminate diffuser film 1, BEF 1, BEF 2, diffuser 2 and shading film. The laminated BLU is displaced and transferred by belt. Diffuser film, BEF and shading film are all coiled; they are tore and fed automatically by feeding parts. The alignment of the film is achieved by 4 pneumatic slides. The laminating process is achieved by the precise movement of the loading and transferring part.
