职位说明如下：
Responsibilities:
To lead all activities related to the design of resistive and capacitive touch panels. This includes evaluation of different touch screen solutions, supplier evaluation and selection, providing the HW concept and its realization and integration of the touch panel in the final product. His/Her main responsibilities are:
Lead the evaluation and selection of touch screen solutions and work out feasibility studies;
Contribute to the creation of touch screen specifications and development schedules;
Create the pattern and layout and supervise the design process;
Interface with IC, LCD and touch screen suppliers as well as with other engineering teams such as SW, Mechanical Design, LCD Development, Quality Management;
Develop the test plan for evaluation of touch screen samples as well as for the underlying products, carry out the tests and generate test reports;
Determine possible failure modes through root cause analysis and recommend solutions and improvements;
Technical consultation with suppliers & production during development process;
Track technological trends and innovations in touch screen technologies.
