　　　　一位工作人员还告诉央视记者，听花酒的健康性是有国际专利的。但记者在世界知识产权组织国际局官网查询后发现，听花酒提交的《酒精和凉味剂的组合物在调节性功能、保护心脑血管系统、促进肝细胞再生、抗肿瘤、提高免疫及睡眠质量上的用途》在国家处理状态一栏显示空白。对此，负责这份专利代理人的解释是：“谁都可以申请公布自己的所谓发明专利，但能不能被认定为专利，则是另一回事。”

　　　　今天（3月16日）6时，由西藏春天酒业有限公司作为认证主体的“听花酒”微博，发布“青海春天药用资源科技股份有限公司”声明，向公众及广大消费者致意，称已第一时间成立专项小组，全面展开检查与整改。但对于专利相关问题，听花酒予以否认，称处于国际公布阶段，并非向酒中添加薄荷或薄荷提取物。
