　　　　当前中印边境局势总体稳定，双方通过外交和军事渠道，就解决彼此关切的边境现地问题保持着有效沟通。印方有关举动有悖于双方为缓和边境局势所作的努力，不利于维护边境地区和平与安宁。我们要求印方停止采取任何导致边界问题复杂化的举动，切实维护边境地区和平稳定。中国军队始终保持高度戒备，坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整。

　　　　Zhang Xiaogang： Taiwan is China’s Taiwan。 The Taiwan question is at the core of China’s core interests， and the first red line that must not be crossed in China-US relations。 Recently， the US side obscured， distorted and hollowed out the one-China principle through military aid and arms sales to Taiwan， and sending personnel to assist Taiwan in training its troops。 These moves sent a seriously wrong signal to the “Taiwan independence” separatist forces and severely undermined peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait。
